Though yeast infections are sometimes thought of as basically afflicting girls and babies, male yeast infections, particularly the oral variety, are not unknown. The most common oral yeast infection is thrush, identified by a whitish or yellowish coating within the mouth, but other forms of oral yeast infections, both in males and females, are possible. Fortuitously, most male yeast infections, both oral and genital, are easily treatable.
